At present, Islamic Azad University Shahrekord Branch proudly stands with nine accredited faculties and two unaccredited faculties, namely: The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Medical Sciences, Technical and Engineering Sciences, Basic Sciences, Humanities, Samā Faculty, Agriculture and Food Industries, Ardal Campus, Largan Campus, and Koohrang Campus.

With over 8,000 students currently pursuing studies in 70 fields of bachelor's, master's, and doctoral programs, and an academic staff consisting of more than 220 full-time members and 150 affiliated faculties, the university is a vibrant hub of knowledge. It boasts a rich repository of scholarly output, including 2,800 ISI-indexed articles and 2,000 research papers, all cultivated within its 108,000 square meters of educational, recreational, cultural, and administrative spaces.
